Bug report: entering codes for missing values

I am running SPSS v29 under a concurrent license. Entering negative numbers for user defined missing values does not work now, neither in the Variable View or in Data&Define Varpiable Properties.

We need to be able to grant developers who do visualizations and/or extensions the ability to manage and customize them. Currently the only individuals that can do this are administrators.
