Watson Pipeline - Allow dragging flows onto canvas

Invalidate Cache for pipelines & jobs on CP4D (Reset Option on 11.7)

Currently in 11.7 - there is an option to compare the jobs between different environments. It helps to identify what actually changed comparing to the production copy and helps for UAT. The same options is missing in CP4D.

Allow customizing the alert email message (summary + description)

We send CP4D alerts by email and we would like to do a filtering by severity and component, maybe more variables. This allows us to prioritize our incident management and would be of great value.
