Promote workspace from Dev to Test, and Test to Prod

To support the development lifecycle for customers I have to make a script to pull the JSON file from the Development Workspace and push it to the Test or Production workspace. It would be nice if this promote ability was supported by the Watson Assistant Tool in the Workspace view.

Maybe in the menu for each workspace tile an option to "Promote" the workspace content to another existing workspace, either in the same instance or another instance.

There is recently a button for import/export of a dialog skill in the three buttons just below the tryout button.

We also have versioning to be released in the near future that will simplify this even further. You will need to be on v2 of the api though
