There is a known limitation with Controller Web (see https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/1167568, plus also case TS004629628) where if you make changes in Controller 'classic' client (for example to fix a reconciliation issue) then Controller Web does not get automaticaly updated
=> Therefore the reconciliations 'issue' warnings incorrectly still appear (in Controller Web) to the end user (despite the fact that those issues have been fixed in 'classic' client).
I have been told that the long-term aim (of IBM Development) is to fix this issue by making Controller Web *automatically* update itself when Controller classic updates the numbers/figures. Unfortunately this functionality is not yet available and there is no date given for it :-(
There is an existing workaround where (in Controller Web) the user can open the tab 'Intercompany' and click a "refresh" button
- The good news is that this button fixes all the relevant inconsistencies (including 'reconciliation' warnings).
However, it is counter-intuitive for end users (when they have a 'reconciliation' warning) to open a different tab ('Intercompany')
=> My enhancement request is to ask for a similar 'refresh' button inside all the tabs where alerts/warnings appear (labelled as 'issues'). Most importantly, we would like a 'refresh' button inside the 'reconciliation' tab (in Controller Web). This tab would be more intuitive (users would expect to update reconciliation issues by pressing a button inside the 'reconciliation' tab!)

One other thought. Instead of having multiple places (multiple tabs) where 'refresh' is buried, you could instead have a 'refresh' button on the top (maybe next to the username, not buried inside a tab) which is permanently visible, where the user can click 'refresh'? This might be more logical (to the end user) to make it clear that it would update all the tabs at once?
