Love it!
While I think this is fantastic its says it's been delivered, I can't find any information regarding the FixPack / Interim Fix and/or what major releases it's been deployed to? just 12.0? 11.2?
Love it! Thank you so much for adding this option. When can we expect to see it in production? May we please have some documentation regarding how to make use of the new feature? Thank you again!
Love it!
A failed schedule is one thing but we also encounter the issue of flaky email servers adding to our problems. Is there a way we could report on none delivery of a scheduled or burst email? We also support https://ibm-data-and-ai.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/CA-I-4143
You should also consider the points raised by the following user: https://ibm-data-and-ai.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/CA-I-4143 Some great ideas related to schedule failures in there :)
Include data set refresh notices as well, please!
Yes, please, we have been using Cognos since 2004, and this question is asked almost on a weekly basis.
This is a great idea, Watson Care Manager clients currently complain that emails do not land, when the schedule is broken.
Getting an email, if the delivery option is set to email, when the schedule fails would be greatly appreciated for clients of Watson Care Manager.
OMs, please expedite. lot of our clients are asking for it.
I recently attended a demo of Thrive offered by PMsquare. They have built up this capablity also they do have many more amzaing supliments. I recommend have a look of Thrive.
PMsquare offers a product that can send emails on scheduled report failures called Thrive. You can read more about it here. Full disclosure, I am the Thrive product manager ;)
It might be feasible to modify http config to mail out error msgs as seeing 50x errors as seen here http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/httpserv/manual70/custom-error.html

@rick
Thank you @Rick for the attachment.
Is there a way to limit the results to only reports that are scheduled? (as opposed to all reports that ran)
Thanks
We created a report that runs daily and is sent to the administrators and they then contact the users.
Attached is a file on how it was created.
