Render Cognos maps in PDF report format

Currently (CA 11.0.7), maps included as a visualization in a report can only be rendered when report is run in HTML format. If the report is run in any other format (i.e. PDF, Excel, CSV..) the maps will never be rendered (never displayed)

Please make maps available in PDF format as well.

    We've just found out that all 11.1 visualizations are not displayed in PDF or Excel. This should get absolute priority over any other changes.. Most of our clients have chosen to move their reports to the new 11.1 visualizations, only to be by accident find out all their PDF and Excel reports are broken.
