Python 3.9 and Runtime environments in CP4D


As we’ve mentioned in regards to CP4D upgrades there are certain features/services that gets deprecated and removed in later versions

 

For example Python 3.9 https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-data/4.7.x?topic=overview-whats-new#whats-new__deprecated__title__1

 

It was deprecated and removed but clarification is needed on what action should be taken if there are ongoing projects that require python 3.9

 

Additionally, Runtime environments also gets remove with newer version Runtime 22.1 was removed in 4.8

And runtime 22.2 which used in multiple projects and deployed functions is deprecated and will be removed.

What are the required action that should be taken from our side as administrator ? And what action should be taken by the users ? Will this affect any deployed models, will there be a need to retrain and redeploy modes ?
