increase DB2 sector size used to write to disks from 512 to 4096

We would like DB2 to use a larger sector size when writing to disks. We uncovered a performance issue when working with DSSD from EMC where to achieve the maximum write throughput a 4096 sector size is required, Db2 currently uses 512 sectors.

MS and IBM had a call with Dan Wajs from the Morgan High performance lab, Russ Stocker and Roger Sanders from EMC. The feedback we got from Roger is that most disk solutions are using the 4K Sector Size with 512 Sector emulation. However, if Oracle 12 C supports 4K sectors then Roger's felling is that future disk solutions looking for high speed won't have the 512 emulation.
