RELATED IDEAS

Real time statistics (RTS) should include information about index traversal count

Application DBA's and developers use performance metrics, acess paths, object definitions and Real Time Statistics (RTS) when analyzing application perfomance. 

Information about FTB should be syncronized with other information about the index and included in the Index RTS statistics, for example information about FTB count, page savings etc.

    Dear AnnChristin,

    Thank you for submitting this enhancement request. Our Db2 for z/OS developers reviewed it and determined that the RTS table change will require a catalog table change, which we typically do on a new release boundary. Therefore, it will be difficult to implement this enhancement request in Db2 V13. Unfortunately, we will not be considering this idea at this time.

    We appreciate your input to the Db2 for z/OS development team. And we hope that you will continue to submit enhancement suggestions for improvements as customer feedback is a key component to shaping the future direction of Db2 for z/OS.
