Provide a method to accurately obtain package executions counts from SMF records

SMF record information for number of times a DB2 package executed is incorrect. As an example, when a package is executed via a thread 10 times DB2 records the SMF information as 1. Our TDS tables are built using SMF information. We use TDS package tables to measure performance of DB2 packages. In order to accurately forecast and measure package performance, we would need IBM to fix the DB2 instrumentation on how SMF records are written for DB2 package executions.
