DB2 Performance Reporter update job for historical tables.

When a new version of Omegamon for DB2 PE is installed, the DDL is provided to create new Statistic, accounting, audit, etc history tables. IBM should provide people who use these tables jobs that will UPDATE the tables instead of expecting the user to create NEW tables. IBM could easily provide an Unload, ALTER and RELOAD job to update the previous version tables to the current version tables.

    We are doing what the customer requests already. Every time we ship updates to the PDB, we include an "update member" (part of ++HOLD action) that the customer needs to run. For OM AI Db2 6.1.0 we also provided a sample job for the migration changes needed which is helping a customer to get to the new table layouts for version 6. The latter is typically done only at release boundaries.
