Lifecycle management of logs in LSF license scheduler

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

LSF License Scheduler generates blcollect.log and bid.log, and these logs increase over time.

Since the license scheduler does not provide a log management feature, when the logs become too large, the administrator must move the files.

Of course, we can move the files manually, but from a solution perspective, this manual work seems unreasonable.

It is reasonable to provide this log management feature in the product, and it also makes sense in terms of the completeness of the solution.

For example, the following parameter is provided for lifecycle management of logs in lsf.licensescheduler.

LOG_DURATION=3

In this case, new blcollect.log.{host} and bid.log.{host} is generated every 3 days, and the previous blcollect.log.{host} and bid.log.{host} are archived as blcollect.log.host.systemtimestamp.gz, etc.

If this is done, the administrator will not need to perform additional manual work as is currently the case.

    As a primary user of the LSF License Scheduler, I believe the proposed ideas will be highly effective in enhancing user convenience and improving the stability of the operating environment.
