[Workload Monitoring and Management] Show output from service start command

Currently SIM log shows generic error if service start commnd fails:

The service startCmd command specified in the Application Profile terminated unexpectedly with exit code: 127 State : Exit.

It doesn't much help to understand what was wrong on service start, especially for large java applications, that has lots of dependencies.
Output from stdout and stderr would help a lot.

Of course, I can redirect start command output to a file, but it takes time for every developer to add redirection, avoid concurrent writing to the file by running in parallel service instances, take care of housekeeping, it's not convenient.
Imagine if sim log has a few lines from stdout (or at least from stderr), then no need to redirect output, middlware (Symphony) should provide such feature.

    .For debugging purpose, the "Service Replay" feature available in Symphony can be used to recreate the service running environment and run service in debug mode to capture not only the stdout but also execution result.

    Unfortunately Service Debug Replay feature can not help with invesitgaiton of service start command failure.

    Symphony has the Service Debug Replay feature which preserve all runtime information. This allows for replay/rerun of the service in the environment to debug service locally.

    Moved this RFE into consideration for a 2017 release as part of a continuous focus on improving the overall debug capabilities of the offering.
