Reading xml(amd LOB/CLOB) fields from DB2 transaction logs rather than separate select statements

There is no tacho chart in Cognos 11 and 12. In the report component, this can still be found under the old Cognos 10 diagrams. Will there be a refreshed version of the tacho chart in the future?
