Add support for GRANT ROLE to AUTHID.

In DB2 for z/OS I am allowed to CREATE ROLE, GRANT priviledges to ROLE but I can't GRANT that role to a USERID. Seems something is broke to me. What are ROLES good for if I can't assign a user or group of users to that role.
