Removing must-have field specification list in case of UNLOAD SPANNED YES restriction

We propose to remove the Db2 UNLOAD Utility restriction, that the UNLOAD statement must include a field specification list thatspecifies all LOB and XML data at the end of the record, if SPANNED YES is specified.

Support INLINE xml column

Asking for INLINE LENGTH for XML column like LOB column. It will make more efficient the work for short XML's.

Ability to work with page size other than 16K for xml tablespace

Today, xml table space must work with page size of 16K. We are asking the ability for all pagesizes, especially 32k to make the i/o more efficient.
