Changed movement-logic in Data Entry on Investment account

Data Entry Form for Balance Sheet:

--> Investments in Group Companies (Shareholding Register)

If you want to open the shareholding Register within your Opening Balance Account, you´ll see all the Investments that have been done up to the Period that was chosen (e.g. Actuality 1609 MR: all Investments UP TO PERIOD 1609). However, if you want to open the shareholding Register within an closing Balance account (or movement) you only see the Investments from January-Actuality that was chosen (e.g. 1601-1609). This does not make any sense because:
1: Our financial year Ends on September, 30th.
2: We´ve updated our Cognos Controller from 10.1 to 10.2.1. In the old Version, we didn´t have any Problems. The Investment Register always showed all the Investments "UP TO PERIOD".
