CA REST API - Add recursion option to groups and roles endpoints

Currently, when querying for list of groups or roles in CA REST API, the endpoints only return items at the root level of the namespace or the folder defined. If there are subfolders in the namespace or folder, groups/roles in this subfolders are not returned.

Furthermore, given that there is no option witihn the REST API to navigate through a namespace to retrieve a list of folders, this makes the groups/roles endpoints very unuseful as one has to manually retrieve the content store ID for each folder in order to use the query.

Futhermore it's not possible to set the TenantID of a user without getting an error about setting the param "updateTenantIDRecursive=true". That param is not excepted.
