Simple, unified way to set and troubleshoot parallelized report & visualization queries for concurrent execution

Problem to solve - Clients need to be able to make query processing concurrent for their reports and individual visualizations so that their end users (who only open reports to get some information, then close them) have the opportunity to get what they need in a more timely manner, rather than having to wait for the entire report (or group of reports) to load

The As-Is - While there technically is a way to parallelize report execution, it's not easy to troubleshoot if things aren't working as expected. It's not clear if query execution per visualization is even possible, and it's even less clear about how one does basic troubleshooting, such as telling whether or not it is even enabled.

The solution - To have a way to set and troubleshoot parallelized queries that is simple, and as consistent as possible for report queries and queries for individual visualizations.

An ideal would be to have a totally unified experience in a single location in the UI that becomes the place people go to in order to set and troubleshoot everything related to concurrent execution. But as long as there is one consistent way to go about it, there doesn't necessarily have to be one place.
