Alarm information for DB2 LOG offload RFE 130150

useing db2 V11 for zos ,By executing the command DIS LOG,I observed "FULL LOGS TO OFFLOAD = 0 OF 24", when 0 close to 24,like 24 alarm information DSNJ110E is spit out. and when no active log can be use,alarm information DSNJ111E is spit out. we hope that we can set a percentage on the total amount of OFFLOAD usage. When the usage reaches this value, there is an alarm message split out .when we monitor the alarm information, we can have enough time to do other operations.

Use Case:

When the usage reaches this value, there is an alarm message  split out .When this value is reached, there is an alarm message., we monitor the receipt of the alarm information, we can consider reducing the priority of the batch operation to avoid the OFFLOAD is not timely and the ACTIVE LOG is full.

    Thank you for submitting this Db2 for z/OS enhancement request.

    After giving the request a comprehensive review, we have determined that we cannot include it as a candidate in an upcoming product deliverable because it is not consistent with the product direction.

    There are no plans to implement such an option. Message DSNJ128I is issued if the log archive process fails. An alert should be issued if this is the case and if this is a repeated problem then urgent action needs to be taken.

    As a consequence we will not be implementing this request.
