Ability to Schedule a refresh of an Uploaded File

I would like to have the ability to schedule a refresh of an uploaded file. If you store your excel or text to a file share and grant Cognos access to that share, you should have the ability to schedule a refresh of that data file.

if the status of a table in the back end system (CDC Db2 for i) is 'active/pending' ( metadata table DMFS510P PF when "UPDSTS=2" - "active/pending") for any reason, that this status is visible in the CDC Management Console.
