Enhance the Db2 UNLOAD utility to perform an unload from a declared cursor

Avoid ending with an abend for utilities with AUX YES when TEMPLATE goes to TAPE with STACK YES.

This would help to reduce the number of dump and "wrong" or "bad" opinion about Db2 z/OS to our customers. It would also help us to reduce the number of incidents.
