Facilitate CDC Management Console metric's seletion

The selection of a set of metrics for one, ans specially, more than one subscription is tedious.

We should be able to (all would be perfect, any would be good):
- Be able to pre-select more than one subscription and activate the same set of metrics for all the selected at the same time
- Be able to check/uncheck whole groups (Log Parser, Source DataStore, Single Scrape, Target database etc.) . This could save a lot of clicks in case we want to select most options in a group.
- Be able to check/uncheck all (global). If we want to select most of the metrics it would be much quicker to select all, and unselect some.
- Be able to "save" a set of metrics as a "custom selection" and later apply it to new situations, or at least have some predefined options that can be applied quickly

    Although we do agree that your request is valid, after monitoring your request for more customer demand over the last few years and applying other relevant evaluation criteria, unfortunately we won't be able to accept your request at this time. However, if there is still an important business need, we encourage you to file a new idea accompanied with any additional information that could help us prioritize the requirement in the future.

    An easier way to monitor performance metrics is via CHCCLP scripting as per :
