Support JSON_GET_POS_ARR_INDEX and JSON_UPDATE functions in Db2 z/OS

For updating and searching in JSON objects which are stored in Db2 tables we need the JSON functions JSON_GET_POS_ARR_INDEX and JSON_UPDATE. They exist as a dummy in Db2 z/OS but are currently not supported, not documented and do not work.

In Db2 LUW both functions exist and work. So because we are storing these JSON objects in Db2 z/OS we also need both functions in Db2 z/OS.

I have opened a case and they made clear that more than 10 years ago they made the decision to not support both functions because of a lack of interest. I think both functions are nowadays really important and needed if you want to work with JSON objects in Db2 z/OS. Because more and more applications use JSON I think this enhancment is also useful for other customers which are working with JSON objects in Db2 z/OS.

I think your idea is quite good. This way the chart will look more in-depth and beautiful. At the same time, the chart will be very logical. Tunnel Rush and I hope you will succeed.
