Reduce messages for 00F30086 and others

We have corporate policy affecting security on usage from a userID.

ID are SUSPENDED for inactivity after 100 days, and DELETED after 500 days.

Since applications may be stable and not used in all environments they can fall victim to this. Plus, if the connections persist it appears to RACF no activity (separate issue being worked on).

I am hoping that this process is sort of like the Db2 profiles where it displays the first occurrence and then can report xxxx number of times it happened in a 5 minute period.

Idk if all customers will want this. I would assume so? Or some variation of it. Anyhow, it's worth at least asking for it. Worse case, it could be a zPARM.

The goal would be to reduce log output. This week has been a bit much. It's hard to navigate the logs to search for something because this clutter is in the way.

This week's ordeal was over 00F30086. Here are the other codes I've seen a flurry of in the past.

00F30085 = incorrect password used

00F30086 = password expired

00F30088 = revoked

00F30089 = not defined
