PAW admin access with segregated security for each tab (Life Cycle Manager)

PAW admin access is required to use Life Cycle Manger

Admin access grants permission to manage other features/databases etc.

Our project has 60 instances in each environment with dedicated infra support team (Admins)

Application Team manages deployments via LSM. However LSM needs admin access in PAW which in-turn grants access to other features.

Admin Access to end users will enable them to restart application which needs to be restricted.
