IKC workflow mail notifications fine-tuning

If user is receiving lots of notifications from workflows, it would be good to have a bit more convenient e-mail content.

Now when the e-mail notifications are created, the subject line basically says "Notification: Your task is completed" or something similar. See attachment.  Without opening the mail, the user can't really decide if the notification is important to her or not.

Some suggestions

  • use as subject line the second bullet from the mail body itself, which tells the action, the asset in scope and the user who performed the action.
  • prepend to subject line the source, e.g. "CP4D/IKC"
  • Add more info to the message body, e.g. the workflow name, the role/reason the recipient is receiving the notification etc. in order for them to be able to create sensible filters in the mail client.  Possibly also the category path.
  • As a user it would be great if one could someone configure which notifications would be sent as e-mails and which would remain in IKC only.  Now it is just a simple checkbox on/off.
