Message DSNX241I will not appear after -SET SYSPARM if ENCRYPTION_KEYLABEL did not change

We are running DB2 12 FL 509 and zparm parameter ENCRYPTION_KEYLABEL does not have a value (is null or blank).

Even having ENCRYPTION_KEYLABEL set to null, every time I issue a -SET SYSPARM command to reload the same zparm module (after altering other zparm parameters) message below is issued:

DSNX241I -DB2G ENCRYPTION KEY LABEL CHANGE SUCCESSFUL, KEY LABEL *NONE*


This idea asks to eliminate this message, after a SET SYSPARM if KEY LABLE is not changing, especially if KEYLABLE is NONE (it was set NULL in zPARM).
